As the esteemed Chairman of our leading real estate brokerage, I bring a wealth of experience and a diverse educational background to the table. My academic journey began with a degree in Accounting, setting the foundation for my analytical and financial expertise. My career took a significant leap forward with over six years of invaluable consulting experience at the Big 4, where I honed my skills in business strategy and financial advisory.

Notably, I am among the youngest achievers to graduate from the prestigious Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, a testament to my leadership capabilities and visionary approach. Further enhancing my expertise, I have pursued advanced courses at Harvard Business School and Bloomberg, equipping myself with cutting-edge knowledge in business management and financial markets.

As an entrepreneur, I embody the spirit of innovation and determination. My journey reflects a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to leading our brokerage to new heights. Omar Malik

MANAGING DIRECTOR



Omar, a native of the United States, completed his undergraduate law studies at St. Mary’s College of California and earned a post-graduate MBA in San Francisco from Hult International Business School. Although originally of Pakistani ethnicity, Omar's interest in the UAE began in the early 2000s when he identified it as a new frontier and an exciting challenge.

Relocating to Dubai in 2016, Omar has proven to be a highly motivated and articulate investment specialist. His professional journey includes a director-level position with a semi-government developer. In late 2018, Omar made the decision to part ways with the company and embarked on a new venture, founding a brokerage centered around a core team of agents and clients. This strategic move reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to shaping innovative paths in the real estate industry.

Jad Bahri

OPERATIONS MANAGER



Hailing from Lebanon, Jad holds a Master's degree in International Business from HULT International Business School. An exceptionally ambitious and confident individual, Jad excels in identifying lucrative opportunities within a market, sourcing clients, establishing trustworthy relationships, and presenting optimal opportunities. His regional background equips him with a profound understanding of cultural values and needs, facilitating the development of strong professional connections with clients.

Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Jad specializes in Off Plan projects from renowned developers such as Emaar, Dubai Properties, and Damac. His multilingual proficiency and specialization in prestigious projects underscore his versatility and effectiveness in the real estate landscape.

Kunal Sharma

Kunal is an accomplished real estate professional with over 11 years of experience. Specializing in Secondary and Off-Plan sales, he boasts a robust background collaborating with developers.
