Town Square recorded a modest price adjustment during July, while transaction activity remained healthy across both the apartment and villa markets. Apartments continued to account for the majority of sales, with villa and townhouse transactions also increasing compared with the previous month.
Despite the monthly movement, annual residential values remain 8.80% higher than a year ago, highlighting the community’s continued long-term growth. Supported by steady buyer demand and a healthy gross rental yield, Town Square continues to demonstrate resilience within Dubai’s residential market.
