Residential prices in Jumeirah Village Circle eased by 1.28% during June, continuing a modest short-term correction after a strong start to the year. Despite this, prices remain 5.69% higher than a year ago, while the community continues to offer an attractive gross rental yield of 7.27%, reinforcing its appeal to both investors and end users.
Transaction activity remained exceptionally strong, with over 690 apartment sales recorded across both completed and off-plan properties during the month. Combined with continued demand and one of Dubai’s highest rental yields, Jumeirah Village Circle remains one of the emirate’s most active and accessible residential markets.
