Jumeirah Village Circle recorded a modest price adjustment during July, while transaction activity remained exceptionally strong across both the completed and off-plan apartment markets. Sales volumes continued to reflect healthy buyer demand, reinforcing the community’s position as one of Dubai’s most active residential locations.
Although residential prices eased over the month, annual values remain 3.86% higher than a year ago, while a gross rental yield of 7.25% continues to support the area’s appeal to investors. Overall, the latest figures highlight sustained market activity, underpinned by consistent demand from both investors and end users.
