Dubai South continued to demonstrate strong market momentum throughout June, with off-plan activity remaining the dominant driver of transaction volumes. Apartment sales were particularly active, recording more than 2,600 off-plan transactions during the month, while villa and townhouse demand also remained heavily weighted towards new developments.
Although residential prices eased slightly by 0.76% over the month, the market continues to show healthy long-term growth, with values up 7.99% year-on-year. Combined with a gross rental yield of 6.05%, Dubai South continues to reinforce its position as one of Dubai’s most active and attractive growth communities for both investors and end users.
