While May saw a modest correction in pricing, Dubai Hills Estate continues to demonstrate strong underlying market resilience. Transaction activity softened during the month, however pricing remained relatively stable, reinforcing continued confidence from both end-users and investors.
Apartment sales accounted for the majority of market activity, while villa and townhouse transactions more than doubled compared to April. Overall, the recent movement appears to reflect a period of short-term market consolidation rather than any weakening in the community’s long-term fundamentals.
