DAMAC Lagoons continued to attract strong buyer interest during May, with market activity remaining heavily concentrated within the off-plan apartment sector. Although transaction volumes eased from the exceptional levels recorded in April, demand for new developments remained significantly higher than other property segments across the community.
While pricing recorded a modest monthly adjustment, the broader market continues to demonstrate positive long-term growth trends. Overall, the data suggests a period of normal market consolidation following elevated levels of activity earlier in the year.
