Business Bay saw transaction activity moderate during May, with both secondary and off-plan sales volumes continuing to ease from the elevated levels recorded earlier in the year. Despite softer market activity, average sales values have remained relatively stable.
Market activity remained balanced across completed and off-plan properties, while recent pricing movements suggest a period of short-term consolidation following sustained growth. Overall, Business Bay continues to benefit from strong long-term fundamentals and remains one of Dubai’s most established residential and investment communities.
