Business Bay’s commercial market remained largely driven by the office sector during May, with off-plan offices accounting for the highest level of transaction activity. Demand for new commercial stock continued to outperform the completed market, reflecting ongoing confidence in the area’s future business and investment prospects.

While pricing recorded a modest monthly adjustment, activity remained concentrated within the office segment, with retail transactions accounting for a smaller share of the market. Overall, the data points to continued strength in Business Bay’s commercial sector, supported by sustained investor interest and attractive rental returns.
