Business Bay’s commercial market remained firmly led by the office sector during June, with transaction volumes increasing across both completed and off-plan offices. Higher average sales values also point to renewed activity within the market, reinforcing the area’s position as one of Dubai’s leading commercial destinations.

While pricing recorded a modest monthly adjustment, healthy rental yields and continued demand for office space reflect resilient market fundamentals. Retail activity remained more selective, with transaction volumes continuing to trail the office sector.
