Arabian Ranches saw market activity moderate further during May, with transaction volumes continuing to ease from the elevated levels recorded earlier in the year. Average sales values also softened during the month, contributing to a modest decline in pricing across the community.
Despite the recent slowdown, values remain over 14% higher than a year ago, highlighting the strength of the community’s longer-term growth trajectory. Overall, recent trends suggest a more measured pace of activity, while underlying market fundamentals remain positive.
