Al Barari recorded renewed price growth during June, with values increasing month-on-month following the modest adjustment seen in May. While transaction activity remained selective across both villas and apartments, the community continued to demonstrate resilience, with off-plan apartment sales accounting for the majority of apartment transactions.
Despite annual price growth moderating from previous months, values remain nearly 9% higher than a year ago, reflecting the strength of the market over the longer term. Overall, recent activity points to continued stability within this niche, high-value residential community.
